How long does a tune-up take?
Most standard tune-ups and common repairs are turned around within the same week, often sooner. For full custom builds or parts we need to order, we'll give you a clear timeline up front when you book.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are always welcome for quick fixes, flats and gear. For tune-ups, fittings and builds we recommend booking ahead so we can set aside the bench time — give us a call or send the form below.
Do you service all brands and types of bikes?
Yes. Mountain, gravel, road, e-bikes and kids' bikes — pretty much anything with two wheels. Our mechanics work on all major brands and drivetrain systems.
Can you build a custom bike for the local desert trails?
Absolutely — it's one of our favorite things. We'll talk through your riding, budget and the terrain you love, then spec a build that's dialed for Cave Creek and Carefree singletrack rather than a generic showroom setup.
How much will my repair cost?
